Steve Nixon (St. Thomas, CA) Very good service. Airbrush like new again.
D
Douglas Cramer (Mundare, CA) My eclipse BS was clotting like a btch and was becoming unusable. I stripped it down and cooked it in the ultrasonic. during assembly found that the Air Valve O-ring was swollen and would not fit ( probably from lacquer thinner contamination according to Donna).
I installed new Guide body (only way to get a new o-ring, no standard o-rings will fit) and gun seems back to normal
C
Craig Birch (Township of Langley, CA) My Iwata Eclipse C Series wasn't getting any air through the gun. I called Donna who explained it was probably due to tightening the hose to the bottom of the gun was impeding the air valve from working which turned out to be the case. She also told me to throw out my old "blue" lube oil as it was found to be causing the air valve and o rings to stick and replace it with the new clear lube in the white tube found under "Cleaning and Maintenance" on the web site. My gun was also continually bleeding air which was due to the air vale being stuck so I ordered new parts which came in about 2 days through Canada Post and Donna spent about 45 minutes telling me how to place the parts which I did and now the gun sprays like new. I use my guns for plastic scale model building and I've referred Donna and her company to the other 18 members of my club and I'd do the same to anybody who uses an air brush in any capacity.
