The delay was only a week and a few days. I chose to wait. I got additional contact to let me know my order was now in stock and would be shipped the next day. It arrived two days ago. Awesome. I just wanted to clarify with you that 'Expedited Shipping' is simply the name of a service that Canada Post uses, you may refer to it as 'Parcel Post' or 'Ground Shipping' this option is the least expensive shipping option with Canada Post. Typical delivery time for expedited parcel is 4 - 7, depending on your location. Your order was delayed in a sorting facility in your City. I worked with you and called Canada Post, however in these un-usual times things are just slower and literally out of my control. Shipments are being delayed due to shortages of staff at Canada Post sorting facilities and carriers. I have no control over delivery times with the current COVID 19 situation.
Maple is working exceptionally hard to get orders into the mail ASAP, next business day or same business day. We are doing everything we possibly can to help our customers get what they need.
