This thinner is blended with a retarder; the retarder (Flow Improver) slows down the drying time of paint. This allows the paint to self level.
When drying is slow because of insufficient air current during winter months, it is best to mix Mr. COLOR THINNER into Mr. LEVELING THINNER.
